What details do I need to place an order?

Please be sure to include the following details with your order:

    • Name of your organization
    • Shipping address and billing address (if different than shipping)
    • Contact name(s) and information
    • Catalog number (refer to Products section)
    • Size, quantity or volume required for each product

If this is your first time ordering from us we’ll also need:

    • US shipments only: Employer Identification Number (EIN)/Federal Tax Identification Number
      Note: your EIN is used by US Customs and Border Protection to process shipments and facilitates timely delivery.

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm Eastern.

The local time at Affinity Biologicals is Friday, 14:45pm. Office is open.

Shipping Terms

Orders under $150.00 (not including shipping or taxes) will be subject to a $45.00 service fee.

Frozen and lyophilized plasma products require a minimum of three (3) vials per product. If minimum order fee is not met, the $45.00 fee will be applied.

U.S. FDA Inspection Fees – potential charges paid by the customer could arise if packages are inspected.

Dry-ice shipping is mandatory for frozen plasmas, extra weight charges apply.

Shipping fees are applied to invoices (unless the customer’s courier account is used) once a final weight of the package (including dry-ice or wet-ice packs) has been determined.

Bulk Orders

Large volume sales are a specialty. We are able to supply antibodies in gram quantities and plasmas in liter volumes. Contact us for order quotations.

Return Policy

Items will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number. Prior to returning any items, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Some items may not be returned for credit, including frozen products, custom products, products that have passed their expiration date and any opened products. Returns accepted for items ordered in error may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Pricing does not include shipping or taxes (if applicable).

VISA, MasterCard, and PayPal payments are available.

Payments should be directed as indicated on the invoice. Our terms are Net 30 days unless alternate arrangements are made prior to sale. Overdue accounts are subject to interest charges. The customer will be responsible for all fees and court costs incurred in the collection of past due accounts.

Pricing & Warranty

Affinity Biologicals guarantees that the performance of our products meets our stated claims at the time of shipment. No guarantee of performance is made for applications not included in our quality control testing for each lot. We shall not in any event be liable for incidental, consequential, third party or special damages of any kind resulting from any use or failure of the products. The company’s sole liability and Buyer’s exclusive remedy for a breach of this warranty is limited to replacement or refund at the sole option of Affinity Biologicals. This warranty applies to products in original containers and does not apply to product that has been subjected to alteration. The Buyer is responsible for any patent infringement resulting from use of our products.
