Antithrombin – Heparin Cofactor II Deficient Plasma

Affinity’s Antithrombin – Heparin Cofactor II Deficient Plasma is a normal human plasma where AT-HCII has been removed by selective affinity immuno-adsorption.  Only the highest quality citrated plasma is used as a starting material and in many cases the parent plasma is available as a control material.  Our Antithrombin – Heparin Cofactor II Deficient Plasma is for Research Use Only, flash frozen and available in 1ml vials or bulk formats up to 1000ml or lyophilized format available in 1ml glass vials.  Plasma products are typically buffered with the addition of HEPES to 20mM or 50mM final concentration.
