Prothrombin-Factor II Deficient Plasma

Affinity’s Prothrombin-Factor II Deficient Plasma is a normal human plasma where Prothrombin-Factor II has been removed by selective affinity immuno-adsorption.  Only the highest quality citrated plasma is used as a starting material and in many cases the parent plasma is available as a control material.  Plasma products are typically buffered with the addition of HEPES to 20mM final concentration.  Our Prothrombin-Factor II Deficient Plasma for Research Use Only is flash frozen and available in 1ml vials or bulk formats up to 1000ml.   Our Prothrombin-Factor II Deficient Plasma (in vitro Diagnostic – in Canada and most EU countries) are available in 5x1m or 25x1ml sizes.
