Donkey anti-sheep IgG – FITC Conjugated
Affinity’s Donkey anti-sheep IgG – FITC Conjugated secondary antibody is a donkey immunoglobulin that has been affinity purified on immobilized sheep IgG and conjugated to Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The AP IgG-FITC concentration is 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 1 mg/ml bovine albumin and 0.1% sodium azide (w/v), pH 7.4. The incorporation of Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) ranges between 5.0 and 9.0 moles FITC per mole IgG as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.5 mg.

Specificity: Immunoelectrophoresis of this antibody prior to conjugation gave a single precipitin line of identical mobility to that obtained with purified sheep IgG. There is 100% cross-reactivity with goat IgG when tested by ELISA.
Application: This product is suitable as a source of FITC-conjugated antibodies to sheep IgG.
