Affinity Biologicals’ Factor VIII Inhibitor Plasma and Factor IX Inhibitor Plasma are manufactured from normal citrated human plasma depleted of FVIII/FIX and contain neutralizing antibodies directed to FVIII/FIX. The neutralizing antibody activity is determined by Nijmegen-modified Bethesda Inhibitor Assay and has values reported in BU/mL.

• Prepared using heterologuos polyclonal antibodies and behave similar to plasmas collected from patients with circulating factor inhibitor
• Produced to one or more inhibitor categories:
  • Mild (1–10 BU/mL)
  • Moderate (>10–50 BU/mL)
  • Strong (>50–200 BU/mL)
