ATIII – Antithrombin Polyclonal Antibody – Affinity Purified – Biotinylated
AntibodiesAffinity’s Sheep anti-ATIII Biotin Conjugate is an IgG purified by affinity-chromatography on immobilized human ATIII and conjugated to biotin. The APIgG-BIO is provided in a phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 1 mg/ml bovine serum albumin (BSA) and 0.1% sodium azide (w/v), pH 7.4. The incorporation of biotin is ≥ 3 moles of biotin per mole IgG as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.1 mg.

Applications: This antibody is generally intended for use as a labeled primary antibody in applications such as immunoassays and immunoblotting.
