Affinity’s Non-immune Sheep IgG is purified immunoglobulin from sheep serum. The IgG concentration of approximately 10mg/ml in 10mM HEPES, pH 7.4, containing 0.15M NaCl and 50% glycerol (v/v). The total amount of protein is approximately 20.0 mg.

Host Animal: Sheep

Specificity: No reaction was observed with normal human plasma using immunoelectrophoresis and immunodiffusion techniques.

Application: This product is suitable as a negative control in procedures where sheep antibodies are used.
