Affinity’s Sheep anti-rabbit Immunoglobulin – Secondary Antibody has been immuno affinity purified and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. The APIgG-HRP concentration is 1.0 mg/mL in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of ≥0.25 as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.5 mg.

Host Animal: Goat

Immunogen: Whole IgG (heavy and light chain) purified from rabbit serum.

Specificity: Immunoelectrophoresis of this antibody prior to conjugation gave a single precipitin line of identical mobility to that obtained with purified rabbit IgG.

Application: This product is suitable as a source of peroxidase conjugated antibodies to rabbit IgG.
