Sheep anti-rabbit Immunoglobulin – Secondary AntibodyAntibodies
Affinity’s Sheep anti-rabbit Immunoglobulin – Secondary Antibody has been immuno affinity purified and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. The APIgG-HRP concentration is 1.0 mg/mL in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A403/A280) of ≥0.25 as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.5 mg.
Host Animal: Goat
Immunogen: Whole IgG (heavy and light chain) purified from rabbit serum.
Specificity: Immunoelectrophoresis of this antibody prior to conjugation gave a single precipitin line of identical mobility to that obtained with purified rabbit IgG.
Application: This product is suitable as a source of peroxidase conjugated antibodies to rabbit IgG.
