TAFI Deficient Plasma – Lyophilized
Deficient PlasmasTAFI Deficient Plasma is manufactured from normal citrated human plasma that has been depleted of TAFI (Thrombin Activatable Fibrinolysis Inhibitor) by selective affinity immuno-adsorption using antibodies directed towards TAFI.
Our Lyophilized TAFI Deficient Plasma has been further manufactured into a freeze-dried format for ease of shipping and storage. The lyophilized plasma pellet can be reconstituted using 1.0 mL of reagent grade water and used in research use only applications. This product has not been validated for use in Thrombin Generation Assays.
