VisuLize Buffer Pak
Paired Antibody SetsThe VisuLize™ Buffer Pak consists of assay plates, general purpose buffers and materials for the preparation and performance of ELISA assays. This Buffer Pak provides sufficient reagents for 5 x 96 well assays.

- The components of the VisuLize Buffer Pak can be used in the development of in-house immunoassays and are especially suited for use with a number of the Affinity Biologicals matched-pair antibody sets for ELISA
- Using the VisuLize Buffer Pak and Affinity Biologicals Matched-Pair Antibody Sets together is a cost effective way to reduce the cost of purchasing single plate ELISA kits

Supplied Materials:
- 5 x 96 well microtiter plates; each plate consists of 6 x 16 well strips and frame
- 5 Adhesive Plate sealers
- 1 bottle containing 60.0 mL Coating Buffer (50 mM Carbonate, pH 9.6, plus preservative); to be used in coating of antibodies to microtiter plates
- 1 bottle containing 80.0 mL Blocking Buffer (1% BSA in PBS, pH 7.4, plus preservative); to be used as blocking reagent in ELISA assays
- 2 bottles, each containing 125 mL 20X PBS-Tween (2% (v/v) Tween-20 in PBS, pH 7.4, plus preservative); to be used as wash buffer and/or sample diluent, depending on assay requirements
- 5 tubes, each containing 10.0 mL 5X HBS-BSA-T20 (0.5% (v/v Tween-20, 5% BSA in HBS, pH 7.2, plus preservative); to be used as sample diluent and/or detecting antibody diluent, depending on assay requirements
- 1 bottle containing 70.0 mL Substrate Buffer (Citrate-phosphate buffer, pH 5.0 plus preservative); to be used as buffer for OPD substrate
- 5 x 5.0 mg OPD tablets (o-Pheylenediamine.2HCl)
