Affinity’s Donkey anti-sheep Immunoglobulin – Secondary Antibody has been immuno affinity purified and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. The APIgG-HRP concentration is 1 mg/ml in a buffered stabilizer solution containing 50% glycerol (v/v). The conjugate has an Rz ratio (Reinheitszahl, A₄₀₃/A₂₈₀) of ≥ 0.25 as determined spectrophotometrically. Total protein is 0.5 mg.

Immunogen: Whole IgG (heavy and light chain) purified from sheep serum.

Specificity: Immunoelectrophoresis of this antibody prior to conjugation gave a single precipitin line of identical mobility to that obtained with purified sheep IgG.

Application: This product is suitable as a source of peroxidase conjugated antibodies to sheep IgG.
