- Rapid sandwich ELISA to measure TAFI antigen in plasma
- 90 minutes total incubation time
- TAFI values reported as ug/mL or nanomolar (nM)
- TAFI measurements traceable to purified TAFI based on Extinction (1%280) = 22.0
- Reduced sensitivity to activated TAFI (TAFIa)
- Insensitive to therapeutic levels of heparin or EACA
